Who operates this site
Get Busy Now LLC operates this assessment and inquiry workspace for prospective business customers.
What the assessment collects
We collect your name, business name, email, optional phone, service area, inquiry volume, current tools, main bottleneck, and staff availability. We store the resulting rule-based assessment, inquiry stage, and your communication choices. Consent records include the exact text and version, channel, time, status, and request IP address when available through a verified proxy. Please do not submit sensitive information or your customers’ records.
How information is used
We use your answers to assess fit, explain a practical next step, and manage your inquiry. A private notification alerts the owner that an inquiry is available. Email confirmations and inquiry follow-ups require your separate email choice. SMS consent is optional; SMS sending is inactive in this release. The assessment does not use an AI model.
Service providers and storage
The planned hosted system uses Railway for application hosting, Supabase for database and admin authentication, and Resend for transactional email. Queued messages are stored in our database until processed. Providers may retain operational logs under their own policies. This release has no advertising trackers, payments, or customer-record integrations with connected demonstration businesses.
Calling the AI assistant
The displayed telephone number connects to an AI voice assistant hosted by Vapi. Vapi and its configured transcription, model, and voice providers process call audio to respond. Call metadata, transcripts, and recordings may be retained according to the phone assistant’s settings, which are managed separately from this website. Voice calls are not currently imported into this website’s inquiry database. Please do not share payment information, passwords, or sensitive customer records over this line. Cookies and request protection
Admin sign-in uses authentication cookies. Public assessment answers stay in the current page until submission. Rate limiting stores a keyed hash of the available request IP and a request count; without a trusted proxy it uses a shared bucket. Hosting services may also process request metadata for security and operations.
Your choices and deletion
You can complete the assessment without agreeing to email or SMS. A link in the confirmation email lets you withdraw consent for future communications about that inquiry. Withdrawal stops queued messages; it cannot recall a message already handed to a provider. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Deleting an inquiry removes its contact, consent history, and queued messages from the application database; provider records and backups require separate handling.
Retention and release review
Before public launch, we must finalize and implement a retention schedule for inquiry records, consent history, provider logs, and backups. This draft does not promise a deletion interval that has not been configured. Public data collection remains subject to that review.
